Thanks to a research assistant from the lab, Billy is given some information to relay to Mike about the serum which will help him while searching for this powerful thief. Meanwhile, Sarah’s new duties have her overwhelmed as she quickly learns what it will take to re-institute the Foundation for Law and Government.
